Our first ever line-up of self-disinfecting watches, each Venture Field Medic III is coated with Protectr™, a long-lasting nano-tech disinfectant that kills harmful microbes effectively. This is especially useful for front-liners who are exposed to potentially harmful bacteria and coronaviruses on a daily basis. The Protectr™ coating is non-toxic, non-mutagenic, non-chemical, weather-proof, and dermatologically proven to be safe for human use.

Protectr™ is essentially a layer of sharp, nano-particle blades that pierce the membranes of dangerous microbes, effectively killing them without the need for chemicals. Worried about damaging the coating? Well, breathe easy - it will stand guard against dangerous microbes for up to 30,000 washes!

The Venture Field Medic III utilizes an ultra-tough & super light 38mm titanium case, powered by a SII VK64 Mecaquartz Chronograph movement. Use the precisely graduated markings on the dial to count off heart and respiratory rates within a matter of seconds.

We'd recommend counting in 30-second intervals for a more accurate reading.
We'd like to thank the #BOLDRcollective for supporting this project since its inception in April 2020. Read our press release for an updated amount of proceeds donated to charity.

Awesome Piece

I bought the Field Medic III a couple of months ago, and I have since been very pleased with my purchase. I wear it every day while working in two different hospitals, and this watch fits right in. The blue dial remains subtle until the light hits it just right, then it absolutely pops. I've found the dial looks exceptional primarily while in sunlight and under certain white LED lighting. The flat sapphire crystal works great with the case, and accentuates its angular but round edges. The blasted case is sharp and professional, and still gives the appearance of a rugged field watch. The meca-quartz chronometer is a treat to play with (click click click), and I actually use the pulse tachymeter to get my HR during runs. The lume is great too, I really love the unique two-color green and blue. Some advice for purchasers of this watch is to play with different straps! The unique blue dial and blasted case makes it fit with some fun straps, and the stock blue NATO it came with is just a bit bright for the wear-at-work look I was going for. I ordered Boldr's black EPDM rubber strap, which looks nice and is great/sanitary for hospital use. I also purchased two straps from Geckota to use with the Field Medic III; the Radstock Brown Leather Racing Strap and the Phalanx Admiralty Grey NATO. Absolutely love em! Something to be conscious about when buying a blasted watch is the scratchability. If you're wearing it daily like me, it's bound to get scratches, which is totally normal and expected. However, scratches on blasted surfaces tend to show up more than a polished/satin watch because the layer underneath is still shiny. For me though, it just adds more character to my already unique watch! And the Protectr coating is pretty dang cool too, I haven't heard of any other brands doing this. You can tell BOLDR puts a lot of thought into the design and function of their watches. So yeah, overall I love my watch, and I'd absolutely buy from you guys again!
